The Big Chill Festival in Goa, India
April 11th, 2007 The event is set to take place on April 14th and 15th, 2007, adjacent to the Asvem beach in Goa.
Three music performance areas will host the best dance and chill-out live performers, along with DJs from The Big Chill's family of artists, introducing an Indian audience to the leftfield festival experience Big Chillers in the UK have been enjoying for over a decade. The Lineup is comprised of Global Stars and Local Heroes with appearances by: Coldcut, Norman Jay, Jose Padilla, The Bays, Hexstatic, The Middleton, Sheila Chandra, Shri, Mad Professor, Chilled by Nature, Ben Mynott, Eva Abraham, Lol Hammond, Jon Hopkins, Sapthaakshara, Biggabush, Mr Tom, AJ, and many more. In accordance with The Big Chill's commitment to social responsibility, a significant percentage of the festival's profits will be donated to charities working on projects for the infected and affected of AIDS/HIV in children and adults in India.
